Who we are. Nurse Pathways Abroad is a trading name of BharatFare Travel and Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16716642, Room 3, 40 Beechwood Avenue, Plymouth PL4 6PW, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the information you give us on this site.

What we collect. Your name, WhatsApp number, email address, the country you live in and were born in, your nursing qualification and experience, the exams you have taken, the countries you want to work in, and whether you are registered with a recruitment agency.

Why we use it. To contact you by WhatsApp and email about nursing work abroad, to tell you which steps apply to you, and, with your permission, to introduce you to a licensed recruiter or employer. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

Who we share it with. We pass your details to a recruiter or employer only after asking you and receiving your agreement for that recruiter. We do not sell your information. The form and its data are hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union.

How long we keep it. Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to amanthakranindia@gmail.com. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cost. We never charge nurses for an introduction.
